West Cottage Prices and Terms and Conditions

All prices are per room per night bed and breakfast and based on 2 people sharing

Balcony Room                   -                         £65.00 per night for 2 people

Orchard Room                   -                         £60.00 per night for 2 people

We offer single occupancy in the Orchard room at only £45.00 per room per night.

We are non-smoking and do own 2 exceptionally friendly dogs, although they do not live in the house.

Deposits

A deposit equal to one nights stay is required to guarantee a reservation. If staying for only one night then a deposit of £30.00 is required.  Fourteen days notice of cancellation is required for refund minus £20.00 cancellation fee per room.  If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival the deposit will not be refunded.

Check In and Departure Times

Check in is between 4pm and 6pm.  If you will be arriving after 6pm please let us know so that we can be certain to be there to welcome you.

We ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10.30 on day of departure.
